Shipping policy

We use Posti to deliver our products. Orders are packaged and shipped within 1–7 business days after the order is placed. Small orders (under 50g) consisting only of cards, stickers, bookmarks, or keychains will be sent as letters, while larger orders including jewelry such as earrings will be shipped as Posti small parcels. itookäsi is not responsible for any loss of shipments handled by Posti. Orders shipped as Posti small parcels include a tracking code, which will be sent to you so you can track your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address. In the case of reshipment, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We only ship within Finland.

If your shipping address is clearly incomplete (e.g., missing a street name), your order will be canceled. In that case, you will need to place a new order with the correct address information. itookäsi is not responsible if you fail to receive your desired product as a result.
